Baking Suggestions:
- To ensure the best results, allow the pies to sit for 20 minutes before baking. No need for an extra egg glaze - these pies are already beautifully glazed.
- Set your oven to 160 or 170 degrees depending on your specific oven settings and preheat before baking.
- When placing the pies the pies, leave a finger's width of space between them.
- Be sure to bake the Salami & Cheese pies separately from meat pies to prevent any overflow. This also goes for the Chicken and Chicken & Mayo pies.
- Since the fillings are already cooked, your focus is on achieving the perfect pastry, ideally it should turn a lovely golden-brown.
- If the gravy boils out, it is likely due to the oven temperature being too high or the pies baking for too long.
- Cover any remaining unbaked pies with the provided sheet and seal the box tightly to keep moisture in and prevent freezer burn.
